How do you like Kiyomizu-dera?

I thought it was really pretty, especially the architecture of the pagoda. It was really nice looking at all the different buildings around. Kind of like looking at the recently repainted pagoda over there.

Why did you come to Kiyomizu-dera?

It was part of our tour. It's a package deal. I've heard about it a lot in classes, so I just kind of wanted to check it out, too.

Have you been anywhere else in Japan?

This trip, we've been to Kumamoto and Hiroshima. Also, Fukuoka, too. We're planning on going to Nara and Tokyo afterwards.

You've been to Japan several times. Why do you keep coming back?

I'm full Japanese and we still have some relatives here and we like to go back to see our heritage. We came to visit our relatives in Kumamoto. Just a family reunion.
