How do you like Nishiki Market?

Lovely. I've been to Kyoto a number of times, but I've never been to these markets, and I think they're a must to visit, they're fabulous. Really fabulous.

Why did you come to Nishiki market?

We read that it was a really interesting market in terms of having lots of variety of things to buy, so we've bought a couple of small things already, so we'll keep looking.

Have you been anywhere else in Japan?

Yes. We came in to Kyoto, and we went up to an onsen in the mountains for a couple of nights.

What is your favorite part of Kyoto?

Our favorite thing in Kyoto so far... Probably Gion. The Gion area, yeah.

Are there any similarities between Japan and where you're from?

No, very different. Very different. Yeah.

Would you recommend Kyoto to your friends and family?

Kyoto is a must. If you're coming to Japan, you have to come to Kyoto.
