How do you like Nishiki Market?

It's pretty amazing. I've never seen anything like this of this size before. It's gigantic. I was here one year ago, and I spent about an hour here, and now I've spent two half days here. And I still haven't seen it all.

Why did you come to Nishiki Market?

I [was] told [by] my host here that I should go here, just to see what it was like, and to buy some things, some gifts for my family back home.

What are your future plans in Japan?

Probably see some other shrines. I've been here working for the last three weeks, at Kyoto University, so, my last week I don't have to work so much, so I hope to go and see some other sites. Do some photography.

What is your favorite part of Kyoto?

The food. I like noodle shops. Ramen, soba, all really good.

Would you recommend Kyoto to your friends and family?

Yes, I would very much recommend it, and I want to bring my wife here in one or two years. Come back.
